The 2013 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards Finalists

he votes are all in for the 2013 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards, and in just a few weeks we’ll be announcing the winners at Streaming Media West in Huntington Beach, Calif. We started out with more than 300 nominees, and over the course of six weeks of voting, our readers let us know which nominees are their favorites in 26 categories.

As in previous years, once all the votes were cast, we sent out confirmation emails to every voter to weed out any “dummy” email addresses, and when all was said and done, the finalists—the three top vote-getters in each category—rose to the top. That’s what we present to you in the list below; in each category, one of the companies or products listed is the winner, and the one with the most votes of all will be crowned the winner at a special awards luncheon on November 20, sponsored by Wowza Media Systems and Teradek.
