Arrivals

For International attendees, please plan to arrive Sunday, March 9th or Monday, March 10th. For those in the US, please plan to arrive on Monday, March 10th.

We will be hosting a Happy Hour event at 5pm on March 10th at HQ for all attendees.

Departures

We will have full-day sessions on March 11 and March 12, , followed by activities or dinners. Accordingly, please schedule your departure for Thursday, March 13th to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the sessions or team-building opportunities.

Hotel

We have a room block at the Marriot Courtyard, Foster City. We will coordinate reservation scheduling on your behalf, so please be sure to accurately submit your check-in and check-out dates.

Expenses

When using Expensify to submit receipts, meals, flights, etc. for SKO, tag all receipts as “SKO FY26” so Finance can track the expenses.
